Producer may hold long or short positions in covered instruments. Engines and signals are produced independently of producer trading activity. Position changes are not individually disclosed.

4. Independence of analysis
(Unabhängigkeit der Analyse)

Krentium's signal engines (Wyckoff Daily, Wyckoff Weekly, Mean Reversion, Crypto) are quantitative systems. Signal generation is automated and operates independently of any producer trading activity. Producer does not signal an instrument because of, or to influence, a personal position.

5. Distribution channels
(Verbreitungskanäle)

Recommendations are disseminated via:

• The website krentium.com (signal pages, dashboard, scanner pages)
• Daily and weekly email digests to subscribers
• Email alerts to subscribers when watchlist signals fire

6. Substantiation
(Nachweisbarkeit)

All signal generation inputs (price data, indicator values, threshold checks, scoring) are retained in append-only logs. Substantiation of any individual recommendation is available to the competent authority (BaFin) on request.

7. Regulatory classification

Krentium publishes investment-strategy recommendations within the meaning of § 86 Abs. 1 WpHG (Anlagestrategieempfehlungen). Krentium is not an investment firm (Wertpapierdienstleistungsunternehmen), not a fund management company (Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft), and provides no individualised investment advice (Anlageberatung).
